Bit of a longer one this time around but there is a lot to cover in our ever changing market!
Summer is over and what does the Fall market have in store for us? Prices are certainly coming down across most property types versus the same time period last year and our inventory levels are certainly up from earlier this year. All that is pointing towards inching towards a balanced market if we aren't there already. There is one thing that I am keeping my eye on as we move towards the end of 2022 and that is inventory levels.
