I haven't done one of these in a little while so thought I would start getting back to it especially since it seems we are starting to see a little change in the market!
Don't get me wrong, this is still a very hot sellers' market but one little statistic is showing me that we could be on the verge of the market starting to swing back. Or at least not as hot as we have been experiencing. Watch the video to see what I mean!
