This one runs a little longer than my past few market review videos just because I wanted to show you the data behind the hot market and why prices have risen so much in the past 12-18 months.
Not much has changed in the past month as we are still seeing higher prices and shorter days on market versus the same month in 2020. One bright spot for buyers out there is that prices seemed to have levelled for the last few months even with low inventory!
